Paris 7e – Apartment

Pied-à-terre for a New York–based client

This project concerned the full client-side representation for the creation of a pied-à-terre located in Paris 7th arrondissement, commissioned by a client based in New York.

The context required a high level of autonomy, precision, and reliability. The client needed a single local interlocutor capable of translating intentions into concrete decisions, while ensuring strict control over budget, timelines, and execution quality, despite the distance.

My role covered the entire scope of the project: definition of the program and priorities, establishment of a clear and realistic budget framework, coordination with the interior designer and all contractors involved, as well as continuous on-site supervision.

Each phase was managed with the objective of securing decisions upstream, anticipating constraints, and avoiding friction during execution. Particular attention was given to interfaces between trades, validation of technical choices, and consistency between the design intent and what was actually built.

The apartment was delivered turnkey, empty but fully completed, ready for immediate furnishing and occupation. The result is a controlled, reliable project process, allowing the client to engage in the transformation of the property with confidence, despite being based abroad.
