This project involved full client-side representation for the transformation of a pied-à-terre located in Montmartre, commissioned by a Geneva-based business executive who regularly travels to Paris.

Beyond its primary use as a personal residence, the apartment needed to accommodate multiple scenarios: hosting friends, lending the property, and adapting to varying lengths of stay. While the existing layout included only one bedroom, the brief required a more flexible and generous configuration.

The program led to a significant reworking of the apartment. Three bedrooms were created, and the living room was opened up to enhance spatial perception and take full advantage of the exceptional views. Achieving this balance between density of use and spatial comfort required clear arbitrations and a precise definition of priorities.

My role consisted in structuring the program, setting a clear direction, and guiding the interior architect throughout the process to ensure that design choices remained aligned with the established objectives. Coordination with contractors and continuous on-site supervision allowed decisions to be executed consistently and without deviation.

The apartment was delivered turnkey, fully prepared for immediate use, down to the smallest details. The result is a controlled transformation that met the client’s expectations in full, providing a versatile, reliable pied-à-terre adapted to both personal and shared use.
