Paris 7e – Residential Apartment

Client-Side Representation for a Professional Relocation to Paris

The client, a French medical professional based in Lyon, required a permanent Paris residence as his professional activity increasingly shifted toward the capital. A single occupant, he expressed a clear preference for a sober, masculine interior, structured, restrained, and deliberately understated.

I was involved upstream of the project to support both the property search and its transformation. Working closely with a real estate agent, we spent several months identifying a suitable apartment within the targeted neighbourhood before securing the acquisition.

The apartment then underwent a complete interior transformation. The project focused on clean lines, dark tonalities, controlled lighting, and a rigorous sense of detail, resulting in a calm, functional, and intentionally minimal living environment.

My role covered full client-side representation: program definition, budget structuring, coordination with the interior architect and contractors, and continuous on-site supervision. The apartment was delivered empty, ready for occupation, with all architectural and technical decisions fully resolved.
